Education and Facilitation Services

Erin has been an education and facilitator for the past decade, teaching and/or facilitating on various topics related to power, privilege, social justice, identity, etc in more than a dozen countries. Groups she has facilitated have included college students, corporate staff, teachers at K-12 schools, groups of women of various ages, and more. Her style is one that is about pushing to learn to be better while also not shying away from the reality of systems of power and oppression in our current world. Erin was trained in facilitation at the University of Michigan’s Program on Intergroup Relations, which was the first dialogue program of its kind in the United States. Whether your goals are personal or professional awareness and growth, Erin can work with you to get your specific needs met.

To request a training or facilitation by Erin, please fill out the form below. You will be contacted within a business week with pricing and clarifying specifics for your request.

Additionally, every few months, Erin runs her eight-week online Owning Our Whiteness course. This eight-module course was created as a dialogue space for white people to identify, understand, and work with white guilt, power, and privilege, and white people’s role in systemic and interpersonal racism and white supremacy. If you are interested in being adding to the mailing list to get updates the next time this course is offered, you can subscribe here. A free PDF including resources for all eight modules, journaling questions, and suggested places to donate can be downloaded here.
