Erin Elizabeth Wehrenberg is an educator/facilitator, author, spiritual life coach, and yoga teacher whose work all centers around reclaiming one's personal power through truth-telling and personal empowerment to make healthier decisions. All of Erin’s practices are rooted in the beliefs of living in deep reverence with God, the Earth, and your own spirit, knowing this can guide you through all things in life and assist you on your journey to loving your life, no matter what you have been through. With a master’s degree in higher education concentrating in diversity and social justice, she has taught and/or facilitated in over a dozen countries around the world on the topics of power, privilege, and social justice. She is the author of three volumes of poetry entitled, Notes on Healing and Clarity, Soften, and Notes on Healing and Clarity, Volume II. Erin is a survivor of chronic physical illness, domestic violence, and sexual abuse. She has been following a sober lifestyle since October 2011 and has used all the painful experiences in her life to assist others in reclaiming their own personal power and working for human rights issues around the world.
